Strategic Programs Lead

Job Overview: We seek an experienced professional to oversee the execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and major risk initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive program execution by leading cross-functional teams in designing and implementing user-facing work for regulatory compliance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to GTM representatives, Risk Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders on risk-related initiatives.
  • Segment users based on impacted populations, designing tailored plans for communication, training, and enforcement.
  • Enable internal teams through targeted enablement, ensuring consistent understanding and execution of company objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during major regulatory events or product transitions, providing clarity, responsiveness, and accuracy.
  • Develop repeatable models for regulatory implementation, including templated communications and playbooks.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives across global customer bases.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Robust analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from data and monitor progress.
  • Experience with project tracking and reporting tools, such as dashboards and project trackers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with executive-level stakeholders.
