Job Title: Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager

This role presents an opportunity to work alongside core business teams, traders, technology managers, developers, and domain experts to drive and deliver strategic initiatives.

  • You will define requirements for complex business problems, impacting Trading systems development across front and middle office environments.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading cross-functional planning with Legal, Trading, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams.
  • Defining project scope and solution; translating requirements into actionable project roadmaps and key deliverables.
  • Providing regular concise communication to stakeholders inclusive of project status reports, meeting minutes, executive reports, and presentations.
  • Taking end users through the process of defining business requirements for software developments.
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Coordinating teams to facilitate the execution of deliverables.
  • Driving prioritization and resource alignment to ensure timely execution of high-impact initiatives.
  • Successfully managing stakeholder relationships.
