Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Tasman Change Team. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in defining business requirements and managing change requests. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective solution design.

  • Collate, understand, and document business requirements for change requests or review same from third parties
  • Create clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team
  • Analyse and document current (As Is) and proposed (To Be) business processes from an operational and system perspective
  • Map and re-engineer processes to create efficiencies
  • Presents business benefits and articulates requirements at all levels, including Senior Management
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients to manage expectations and ensure alignment
