About the Role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Retail Manager to join our team in Pearse Street, Ballina.

As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the store and promoting brand values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations. You will act as a role model for world-class customer service, drive sales performance through targets, maintain stock accuracy, set up promotional plans, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

About You
  • Previous retail experience is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills are required to lead and motivate colleagues.
  • You must be able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should be able to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within parameters and goals.
  • Possess passion and enthusiasm for products.
  • Able to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
  • Able to be agile and flexible to multitask and achieve results.
