Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and looking to continue their career in retail.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of the store, partnering with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations for team members.

As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols. You will also have the opportunity to embark on a training programme that includes our "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and people management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
