Programme Manager Opportunity

A high-profile Programme Manager position has become available in a leading financial services company, based in Dublin. This is a 12-month daily rate contract, offering a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 remote). The successful candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business change initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive full lifecycle delivery of multiple cross-functional projects
  • Lead planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Work within Agile/SAFe frameworks to manage timelines and dependencies
  • Act as the escalation point for technology delivery issues
  • Ensure all project documentation, financials, and governance are maintained
  • Support change management and successful transition into business-as-usual operations
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of programme/project management experience
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale IT and change projects
