About the JobWe are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist in Pharmaceutical Industry who will provide technical guidance to the site as well as ongoing projects to ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements related to safety. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related Safety or Environmental field of study and 5+ years of EHS experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, petrochemical, or process-related industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safety support for new material introductions and project work, participating in local safety teams, audits and inspections, investigations, and other safety programs as required.
This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, ability to maintain focus on key goals and priorities, and analyze the detail to facilitate problem resolution and ensure project success.
