We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to lead our Community-Based Mental Health Service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults aged 18+ in Lucan, West Dublin, and Kildare.

The successful candidate will have a Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology accredited by Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and 3 years post-qualification experience working with adults in a mental health service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and oversight to the Community-Based Mental Health Service.
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans to meet the needs of individuals and groups.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community members, and families.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
