Senior Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Psychologist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will provide high-level psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention services as part of a community-based mental health or primary care service.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering advanced psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions to service users with complex psychological needs.
- Providing consultation, guidance, and psychological input to other team members and allied professionals.
- Leading or contributing to multidisciplinary case planning and review meetings.
- Offering clinical supervision and mentoring to junior psychologists, assistant psychologists, and trainees.
- Contributing to service evaluation, audit, and research in line with best practice standards.
- Participating in service planning and development in collaboration with senior staff.
- A recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
- Minimum three years' post-qualification experience as a professional psychologist.
- PSI registration as a Chartered Psychologist or eligibility for same.
- Proven experience working in a multidisciplinary setting within public health services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Experience supervising psychological staff or students.
