Job Title: Mental Health Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals with various needs.
Key Responsibilities:- To assess, intervene, and treat service users with mental health needs.
- To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, attending meetings, liaising, and coordinating with other professional staff.
- To deliver psychological group-based treatment programs.
- To carry out appropriate assessments and provide feedback to teams and patients.
- To implement treatment strategies or contribute to the care of patients as required and document progress appropriately.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A recognised university degree or diploma in Psychology.
- A recognised professional post-graduate qualification in clinical or counselling psychology.
- Experience working with service users in an adult or adolescent mental health service.
- 5 years clinical experience including time spent in postgraduate training in Clinical/Counselling Psychology.

OthersThe appointed person will be assigned specific targets in terms of tasks and revenue. They will be expected to work in different areas of the organisation and contribute to the development of the department.
