We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive workforce analysis to assess current and future needs. This includes providing expert guidance and support on all workforce planning matters in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will work closely with management and the People & Culture team to attract and recruit top talent. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role. Proven expertise in Project Management, with a strong focus on Workforce Planning, is essential.

Experience managing redundancy and redeployment processes is also required. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and process-driven approach to challenges. Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are necessary for this role.
