To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical services, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a related role. You should also hold a certificate or diploma in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Studies, or similar.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and attention to detail. They will also be proficient in analytical skills, attention to detail, and working with Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
