As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for modeling HVAC services and coordinating with trade contractors on site.

You will work closely with the design team, client representatives, and fabrication teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in BIM software packages, such as Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Solid Works, and CADWorx.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Modeling of relevant HVAC services
  • Coordination with partnered trade contractors on site
  • Collaboration with Rockwell BIM Engineers, Fabrication Teams, Construction Teams, and Commercial Teams
  • Attend coordination meetings with trade partners, design team, and Client Representatives
  • Presentation of completed designs to Client Representatives for review and approval
  • Generation of Fabrication Packs and issuance to Rockwell Fabrication and Construction Teams
  • QA/QA of design work carried out by you and other Rockwell BIM Engineers
  • Ensuring modeling meets required standards as set out in Client and Rockwell BEP`s
  • Liaise with Rockwell Construction and Fabrication Teams to communicate design intent and validate design against site conditions

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in BIM software packages (Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CADWorx)
  • Minimum 0 - 1 years of experience in Intel BIM Coordination
  • Ability to work in collaborative design environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter
  • Previous Intel Experience Essential
