**Job Title:** BIM Engineer

 

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Engineer to join our team. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for modeling relevant HVAC services and coordinating with trade contractors on site.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Modeling of HVAC services
  • Coordination with trade contractors
  • Collaboration with design teams, construction teams, and commercial teams
  • Attending coordination meetings with trade partners, design team, and client representatives
  • Presentation of completed designs to client representatives for review and approval
  • Generation of fabrication packs and issuance to Rockwell fabrication and construction teams
  • Quality assurance/quality control of design work carried out by yourself and other Rockwell BIM Engineers
  • Ensuring modeling meets required standards as set out in client and Rockwell BEPs

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient use of BIM software packages (Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CADWorx)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Intel BIM Coordination
  • Ability to work in a vibrant multidiscipline collaborative design environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter
  • Previous Intel experience is essential
