We are looking for an experienced Apprentice Development Specialist to join our team. As an Apprentice Development Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our apprenticeship program and development of our traineeship offering, ensuring its successful implementation and facilitating the professional growth and development of apprentices and trainees.

This role involves coordinating training and development activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing support to apprentices and trainees to ensure their successful progression and completion of the program.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, mentors, educational institutions, and the apprentices themselves. Your strong organisational and project management skills will be essential in this role, as well as your ability to provide guidance and support to apprentices and trainees.

### Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive apprenticeship and traineeship programs in collaboration with senior leaders, department managers, supervisors and training providers.
  2. Compliance and Administration: Ensure all apprenticeship and traineeship programs comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  3. Support and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to apprentices and trainees.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with training providers, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
