Accounts Payable Analyst

Millennium Management, LLC is a leading financial services company based in Dublin, Ireland.

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Accounting Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring accurate coding of natural accounts and segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and audit T&E reports using Oracle Cloud
  • Develop and manage relationships with all vendors
  • Facilitate invoice requests for various departments and external auditors
  • Ensure accurate coding of natural accounts and segments
  • Support the finance team with month-end close activities
  • Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, accruals & prepayments, and expense analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with an excellent performance track record
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
  • Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure environment; high sense of urgency
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Good teamwork and willingness to help others
  • Quick learner & detail oriented; thoroughness and ownership of work
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
