Job Description
This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Thompson Aero Seating Ltd. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile programmes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the relationship with the Customer and all stakeholders to enhance chances of success for the programme as well as for future business.
  • Lead and develop an Integrated Project Team (IPT) from programme award through to delivery, facilitating effective decision making to ensure successful realisation of customer requirements.
  • Better understand and meet Customer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) needs by working to a defined Programme Baseline Specification.
  • Implement effective conflict resolution while managing programme priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess relevant project/programme management experience, strong customer management skills, and excellent organisational abilities. A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Master Production Schedules (MPS).
