Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Private Equity team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop their skills and knowledge in investor services.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with other members of the team to ensure that client deliverables are met on a timely basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with all levels of professionals both internally and externally.

  • Serving as an operational contact for multiple clients
  • Serving as a point of contact for Fund and Investor queries
  • Creating and maintaining investor records
  • Preparing and reviewing capital call and distribution notices
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to:

  1. Serve as an operational contact for a number of PE clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of client requirements
  2. Act as a point of contact for Fund and Investor queries, providing accurate and timely information
  3. Create new investors and maintain the investor register, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records
  4. Prepare and review capital call and distribution notices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
