Private Equity Investment Professional


We are seeking an experienced investment professional to join our team as an Investment Manager. This key role will involve playing a pivotal part in transactions and taking a hands-on approach to maximizing the growth of portfolio companies through various investment strategies.


Suitable candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in Private equity or M&A, with a proven track record in transactional roles. If you are interested in joining a highly rated and internationally experienced team, please get in touch.


The Main Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in due diligence and the execution of investment opportunities
  • Taking part in transactions across a variety of industries
  • Creating research-based industry reports to identify attractive areas of investment opportunity and competitive analysis
  • Developing and presenting new investment opportunities and ideas along with participating in fund raising presentations and marketing
  • Leading the creation of financial statements, valuations, returns, and competitive ratios
  • Evaluating and monitoring the ongoing performance of portfolio company investments
  • Taking lead on industry and competitive market research

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction experience
  • Strong transactional experience with multiple products
  • Exceptional modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a strong GPA
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
