Position Summary:

This is a challenging role that requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the success of our Food & Beverage operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is maintained in all outlets, providing exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the overall achievement of departmental goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent service and lead by example, embodying the hotel's commitment to excellence.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to Health and Safety legislation.
  • Support Front Desk operations and contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor costs and stock levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage supervision or conference & banqueting supervision would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work in a pressurized environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a growth mindset and a desire to progress in your career.
