Job Overview

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients. This entails reporting to senior marketing personnel and collaborating in a flexible work environment with occasional on-site meetings.

  • You will manage mid-sized client relationships from initial proposals through project delivery, creating comprehensive marketing plans and scopes.
  • Day-to-day planning, activation, and optimization of high-performance marketing strategies, encompassing digital marketing, account-based marketing, email marketing, webinars, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Project coordination, developing briefs and timelines, scheduling tasks, managing production processes, and overseeing budgets.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing marketing platforms and technologies such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and SEMRush.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign results, compiling monthly reports for clients based on data from Google Analytics and other platforms.
  • Contributing to the development of engaging content by working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to research, conceptualize, and draft ideas and copy for various marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will possess at least four years' experience in digital marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency setting, with full responsibility for client accounts. They should be proactive, self-motivated individuals with a strong capacity for learning and willing to share their knowledge with the team.
