As an Implementation Specialist, you will work as part of a dynamic Project Team in a global leader in payment processing and merchant acquiring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with multiple teams to gather information and track progress.
  • Take ownership of projects, track progress, and escalate where required.
  • Lead conference calls with internal teams to ensure progress is clearly communicated.
  • Coordinate client implementations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required qualifications include a Business administration or Finance qualification, previous experience in merchant implementation, and strong organizational skills.

Leadership Skills:
  • Self-starter with ability to drive through to resolution.
  • Ability to understand and resolve issues quickly.
  • High level of experience with computer software systems.
