Project Coordinator Job Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate the installation of security systems across Europe.

  • The primary responsibility is to oversee the installation process, ensuring that all or select orders received by the company are managed and coordinated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project planning, scheduling, installation, and final handover to ensure timely completion.
  2. Conduct a thorough review of each project to guarantee comprehensive understanding of contract conditions.
  3. Verify equipment specifications to ensure functionality and appropriateness in coordination with sales representatives and customers.
  4. Communicate changes to customers and sales representatives in a timely manner, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Oversee profitability of projects within jurisdiction and report any concerns to operations directors.
  6. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure commissioning and completion certificates are signed and delivered as required.
  8. Provide feedback for efficient customer invoicing schedules.
  9. Adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management with similar job types and values.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic security systems installation.
  • Understanding of standard forms of contracts and ability to generate programs of work using Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Visio, and job costing packages.
