We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Assets and Facilities.
">This leadership position requires someone with extensive experience in asset management, strategic planning, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to asset management, as well as overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
