As a Senior Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading large-scale construction projects and mentoring teams to achieve optimal results. You will serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, including real estate, design engineering, construction, procurement, and other critical partner teams during project planning, conceptual design, schematics progress, and design development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization in ensuring timely and budget-friendly project execution while strategically improving processes, costs, quality, H&S, and sustainability performance.
  • Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams as an expert technical and project management resource to complete complex construction projects.
  • Drive effective communication across departments, from front-line to executive-level managers, while serving as an authority on project issues.
  • Negotiate terms of contracts with developers, contractors, and consultants to represent the organization's interests.
