Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Specialist to join our Global Portfolio Administration Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our fixed income investment teams, including reconciling statement of investments monthly, independently researching and resolving position and cash-related discrepancies, and proactively communicating issues to relevant business partners.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, finance, or business, or relevant work experience, and will be proficient in Excel. Previous exposure to Aladdin, Wall Street Office, and S&P suites of applications is a plus.

  • Key responsibilities include anticipating issues that may adversely affect the operational support of the funds and taking action to reduce the risk of occurrences.
  • You will also be responsible for cultivating internal and external relationships across different countries to ensure proper service levels are achieved for each fund supported.
  • Additionally, you will develop an understanding of the fixed income trading business, train new employees, and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
