We're seeking an experienced Investment Operations Associate to join our team in Letterkenny. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for reconciling cash and position statements for over 950 PGIM Fixed Income funds. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to independently research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical data to support Fixed Income investment teams' decision-making processes.
  • Reconcile statement of investments monthly, feeding into our end customers - investors.
  • Independently investigate and resolve position and cash-related discrepancies.
  • Proactively communicate issues to relevant business partners.
  • Anticipate potential operational risks and take action to mitigate them.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in accounting or custody operations is preferred.
  • An inquisitive nature and a passion for delivering quality work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills.
