We are seeking a skilled L&D Project Specialist to join our team. This 2-year FTC role offers excellent progression opportunities and the potential for permanency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, managing learning projects, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of learners
- Manage learning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Engage and guide stakeholders, including SMEs and senior leaders, to ensure project success
- Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance processes, resulting in optimal learning outcomes
- Produce learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and manuals
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a large global organisation
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics businesses is highly desirable
- Strong project management and L&D programme creation skills are essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required
