Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Fit-out Project Manager to join our Dublin-based team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead high-profile retail fit-out projects from concept to completion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. They will be responsible for overseeing procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Oversee procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
  • Organize project meetings and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
  • Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fit-out or joinery-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of the retail fit-out sector and relevant project workflows.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
  • Full clean driving license.
