Key Responsibilities

The Head of Compliance and Risk Management will be responsible for leading our compliance and risk management functions, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage compliance and risk monitoring programs, including annual Compliance and Risk Monitoring Plans.
  • Ensure effective policies and processes to identify, monitor, and report compliance and risk exposures.
  • Maintain and update policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Group standards.
Qualifications
  • Relevant compliance qualification (e.g., LCI, ICA Diploma, ACAMS).
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) to interact professionally with both internal and external parties.
