We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Generalist or Management HR role, with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, payroll management, and HR systems such as Softworks. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing employee legislative and compliance documentation through our workforce management system
  • Leading recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to identify, attract, and retain top talent
  • Overseeing the onboarding, training, appraisal, performance management, and exit processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Coaching and mentoring an HR Administrator to provide guidance for professional development and support with employee relations issues

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication programs that convey key company messages to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
