Leadership Role: Clinical Midwife Manager

This role is focused on providing clinical leadership and guidance to a team of midwives and nurses. As a Clinical Midwife Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and developing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and workload, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and have at least 3 years post-registration experience in a related area.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of midwives and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Providing clinical guidance and support to staff members
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Eligibility to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- At least 3 years post-registration experience in a related area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Annual registration with NMBI and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Others:Ability to communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development, training, and research.
