The Clinical Midwife Manager is responsible for managing a team and workload, as well as discharging clinical, managerial, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain live annual registration on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives.
- Communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage a team and workload, providing excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a team and workload.
- Clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to discharge the functions of the role.
- Registration on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
