Job Summary:
The role of a Project Manager involves overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes managing stakeholder relationships, establishing project budgets, and procuring additional team members as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Establishing project budgets and forecasts
- Procuring additional team members as required
- SUPervising the design and procurement process
- Ensuring project delivery against baseline targets
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' post graduate construction/project management experience.
- A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture or similar.
- Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
- A current full class B drivers' licence and access to own car.
