About the Role:

This pivotal position oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide data strategy.

The successful candidate will lead massive data-cleansing efforts on historical datasets, establish standards for new data capture, storage, and formatting, and ensure mapping and interoperability across diverse systems and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across all functions.">
  • Define data ownership models, accountability structures, and governance processes to ensure compliance and long-term adoption.">
  • Act as a core team member of the ERP program, responsible for data governance, cleansing, migration, and readiness.">
">

Requirements:

">
  • 5–10 years' experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.">
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale data governance programs or ERP-related data initiatives.">
  • Strong technical foundation, including Tableau, SAP (S/4HANA), Excel (advanced).">
  • Builder Mindset: Hands-on capability to design and implement new processes and frameworks.">
  • Strategic Orientation: Ability to define long-term data acquisition and governance priorities.">
  • Cross-Business Leadership: Strong influencing skills to drive change across senior stakeholders without formal authority.">
