As we continue to scale internationally, we are seeking an experienced and visionary
Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to shape and lead our global technology strategy.

The Role

The
Group CTO
will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in driving innovation, scaling our platform, and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions. You will lead our engineering, infrastructure, and product technology teams, fostering a high-performance culture while aligning technology strategy with our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Leadership:
    Define and execute the Group's long-term technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation & Scaling:
    Drive innovation in healthcare technology while ensuring our platform scales effectively to meet global demand.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Oversight:
    Ensure secure, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure environments.
  • Product Technology:
    Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver a world-class SaaS platform that meets customer needs and supports rapid feature delivery.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Oversee data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with healthcare standards across jurisdictions.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering and technology teams across multiple locations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team on all technology matters.

About You

  • Proven track record in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, or similar) within SaaS, ideally healthcare or another regulated sector.
  • Strong experience in scaling technology platforms internationally.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), architecture, and security.
  • Demonstrated success in leading diverse technical teams across geographies.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to balance technical excellence and business needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
