Job Description

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data. You will be responsible for governing data quality across various regions and industries, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic plans to address these issues.

You will work closely with technical teams and product owners to remediate data quality issues and improve the overall quality of our data assets. This includes analyzing new data sources, developing dashboards to monitor data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that data meets business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data governance and stewardship processes, as well as knowledge of multiple languages and cultural nuances. You should be passionate about research and eager to understand complex merchant relationships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with data governance and stewardship processes preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple EU languages, geography, and business structures preferred
  • Passion for research (automated and human-based) and eagerness to understand and form complex merchant business relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience in relationship building and partnering

  • High-level understanding of master data management tools (Reltio, Informatica, etc.), and AI
  • Strong analytic capabilities and experience using technologies such as SQL, Hadoop/Spark, and business intelligence tools (PowerBI/Tableau/etc.)
