Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall quality performance of our operation by encouraging simplified and streamlined issue handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Reviews: Complete daily quality reviews and appeal reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Feedback Delivery: Deliver quality feedback to agents on completion of quality sample and appeal reviews.
  • Action Execution: Execute actions for individuals and/or teams to maintain or improve SLA performance.
  • Daily Huddles: Participate in daily huddles with the QA Team Lead and Quality Analysts supporting the sample product in all locations.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of quality errors and provide corrective solutions to QA Team Lead.
  • Risk Identification: Identify risks to the QA SLA and report to the QA Team Leader in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Trends: Identify quality trends for the market/agents supported and develop corrective solutions.
  • Bug Reporting: Report bugs and continually check if bugs have been resolved.
  • Cases Reporting: Work with agents and colleagues to ensure enough grey area cases are reported.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills (C1/C2).
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Quality Analyst or informal career path in a QA team is desirable.
  • Customer Focus: Experience working within a customer-focused environment.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively and accurately communicate feedback.
  • Tech Aptitude: Excellent technical aptitude including fluency in Excel reporting.
