Job Title: Skilled Butcher

We are seeking an experienced butcher to join our team in West County Cork. As a skilled butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and merchandising meat products according to recipe and company standards.

• Have good knife skills and knowledge of different meat cuts.">
• Will have 3+ years' experience in a butchery/fresh meat environment.">
• Will have the enthusiasm and a creative flair for working with food.">
• Will be numerate and understand product costings and margins.">
• Will be a reliable individual with a positive attitude.">
• Will have strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, suppliers & colleagues.">
• Will hold a full clean driving licence (desirable but not essential).">
• Basic food hygiene knowledge.">
• Take pride in your appearance.">
• Ability to work in a tidy and safe manner.">
• Ability to manage workloads and work to deadlines.">
• Will have strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, suppliers & colleagues.">

• 5 days over 6. Off every Sunday.">
• No late-night opening; No Sunday opening (except in the run-up to Christmas week).">

• Assist the team in planning promotions and creating food displays for social media content">
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues">
• Stock rotation and ordering.">
