Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and customer success. Your primary focus will be on understanding the existing market and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

You will manage the communications processes, including the digital customer journey, and tell compelling stories based on positioning & messaging. As a spokesperson for your product area, you will communicate with internal teams driving the technical topics of AI and BDC, as well as external audiences, including engagement with customer and partner groups, analyst and press.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the product area total addressable market and key players
  • Defining value positioning and messaging framework, branding and public roadmap and website updates
  • Creating attractive commercial offers, collaborating in defining packaging, pricing, and licensing plans for a product
  • Digital customer journey, ensuring excellence in content and storytelling for your product area
  • Enabling sales teams, collaborating across marketing to deliver sales enablement content for your area

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's/MBA degree (or equivalent) in finance, business, or marketing
  • 4-7 years of product marketing or product management experience in the B2B software industry
  • Strong business understanding of key finance processes (record to report, invoice to pay, invoice to cash)
  • Strong understanding and usage experience with finance software, preferably corporate close and financial steering solutions
  • Solid grasp of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and experience with applications from a vendor such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or best of breed providers for AI or data warehousing and analytics
