We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Distribution team in Dublin on a full-time basis. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting strategic growth.

About the Opportunity:

As a Client Relationship Associate, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships, managing day-to-day interactions across a range of asset classes.

  • Deliver exceptional client service and manage day-to-day client relationships across asset classes.
  • Support business development to drive growth and enhance market reputation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regulatory, fund, and market reports.
  • Resolve technical queries and coordinate legal documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of client retention and promote a culture of service excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

  • Coordinate reports, resolve queries, and maintain records.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of business development processes within Insurance and/or wealth markets.
  • Proven experience in client service delivery, including managing relationships and resolving queries.
  • Solid knowledge of asset management or insurance operations, particularly within a distribution function.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised and motivated to deliver first-class client service.
