Senior Water Process Leader

Key Role:

We are seeking a Senior Water Process Leader to drive the success of our water and wastewater projects from inception through to construction.

About the Position:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to support project delivery, ensuring high-level execution meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives while exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement process designs for water and wastewater treatment plants, including process calculations, mass balance, control philosophy, commissioning, HAZOPs, and P&ID development.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.
  • Mentor and develop a team of process engineers across the region.
  • Nurture strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams throughout the business.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Ideal Chartered with demonstrable experience in the water industry.
  • Experience working in a design and construction environment preferable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions and guide project execution effectively.
