Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional results and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers while meeting individual performance objectives.

  1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, ensure they receive the best possible service, and understand our service standards.
  2. Drive Sales: Utilize in-store devices, offer the full product range, and maximize opportunities for add-on sales to drive sales targets.
  3. Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.
  4. Support Store Operations: Assist in other departments as needed, represent the company professionally, and adhere to safety guidelines.
  5. Process Transactions: Handle cash and card payments accurately.
  6. Upsell and Cross-sell: Maximize sales opportunities by promoting additional products.
  7. Stock Management: Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
  8. Address Customer Queries: Resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs:

  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
  2. Drive all additional KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  3. Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
