Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Glazing Project Manager to oversee the execution of our Façades and Glazing projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join our team in Galway and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage glazing and façades projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, facilitating seamless project execution.
  3. Lead a team of site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, promoting accountability, safety, and excellence within the team.
  4. Monitor project performance, addressing any issues that arise during execution, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the glazing or façade industries.
  • Strong knowledge of glazing/curtain walling systems and materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, project scheduling software, and commercial reporting tools.
  • Experience leading large site teams and subcontractor networks.
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar.
  • Full clean driver's licence required.
