Collections Lead, Dublin

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the full collections cycle, driving significant business impact through process optimisation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a high-performing team of collections specialists
- Deliver exceptional results by meeting or exceeding monthly targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and streamline workflows
- Analyse data and prepare actionable reports to inform business decisions
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in collections management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Hands-on experience with financial systems and software
- Strong knowledge of VAT and billing compliance standards
