Job Title

A seasoned project leader is required to oversee customer-facing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Project management: Lead and oversee time-bound customer-facing projects from initiation to closure.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Foster relationships with stakeholders in sales, content, product, engineering, and marketing to create coordinated project plans.
  • Stakeholder communication: Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, keeping them informed about project plans and status updates.
About the Role

This is an in-office position requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and overseeing time-bound customer-facing projects from initiation to closure.
  2. Fostering relationships with stakeholders in sales, content, product, engineering, and marketing to create coordinated project plans.
  3. Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams, keeping them informed about project plans and status updates.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing project manager or implementation manager for a SaaS company delivering customer solutions.
  • Proven project management and change management experience with large organizations, delivering projects on scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused vision with internal teams.
