Job Title: Financial Planning Advisor

We are seeking a skilled financial advisor to provide expert guidance to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Making and receiving calls with clients to arrange appointments with financial consultants
  • Managing diaries to ensure scheduled appointments meet client expectations
  • Providing advice on protection policies and assisting clients in applying for group cover
  • Meeting weekly/monthly targets, including call volume, appointment scheduling, and product sales
  • Maintaining accurate records on Salesforce, including lead and opportunity activity
Key Requirements:
  • Full or partial QFA qualification is desired but not required
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly over the phone
  • Able to upsell products and demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of risk control and regulatory environments
