We are seeking a seasoned Planning Team Lead to lead our planning team in delivering high-quality planning advice and services.

- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of planners, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Oversight of resource allocation, workload planning and project prioritization within the planning team.
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance on all planning deliverables.
- Manage preparation and submission of planning applications, EIAs and related documentation.
- Oversee planning input into renewable energy, infrastructure and development projects from feasibility to consent stages.
- Liaise with local authorities, statutory bodies and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
- Support business development by contributing to bids, tenders and proposals.
- Monitor changes in planning legislation and policy to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives on sustainability, innovation and operational improvement.
- Relevant degree in Town Planning, Environmental Planning or a related discipline.
- Chartered membership of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years' professional planning experience, including team management.
- Strong understanding of Irish planning legislation, policy and environmental assessment processes.
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working on renewable energy, infrastructure or environmental projects.
- Experience across both urban and rural planning contexts.
- Familiarity with cross-border planning considerations in Ireland/UK.
