Project Planning Role Overview

Senior project planners play a vital role in delivering projects from initiation to completion. This hybrid role involves working with various locations and stakeholders.

We are seeking a qualified senior project planner with proven experience in planning legislation and policy matters, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance on town planning projects
  • Liaise with clients for successful project delivery
  • Collate, analyse, and interpret socio-economic data
  • Write reports summarising analysis and findings
  • Solve problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and stakeholders
  • Support business development initiatives and ensure quality assurance compliance
  • Coordinate and manage projects, including planning applications
Requirements:
  • Professionally qualified or chartered
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in town planning
  • Excellent knowledge of planning legislation and policy matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
