Retail Site Manager Job

Join our fast-growing team and take on a challenging opportunity as a Retail Site Manager in Listowel, Co. Kerry.

As a Retail Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, service, productivity, and maintaining high standards throughout the store.

  • Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of day-to-day business operations, ensuring the team is motivated and objectives are achieved.
  • You will also be responsible for growing existing business and initiating improvements to ensure sales, margin, and other assigned targets are met.

Additionally, you will need to ensure that merchandising and presentation of the store is always of the highest standard.

As a Retail Site Manager, you will also be responsible for implementing Health & Safety, HACCP, and other legal requirements within the store.

We are looking for someone with proven ability in managing retail sales teams, planning and organising capabilities, and excellent operational knowledge of retail environments.

Other key skills include excellent interpersonal relations, understanding of consumer needs, and commitment to store standards.

Previous experience in achieving agreed KPI's and targets is essential.
